Our Six Non-Negotiable Practices

Every project we undertake follows six embedded safety practices: daily job hazard analysis, task-level safety assessment, continuous training, new member induction, safety recognition, and working hours management. These are not policies — they are the way we work.

Daily hazard analysis begins before a single task is started each morning. Every team member assesses the risks specific to that day's activities before tools are picked up.
